Understanding needs and intentions of its users, without modifying how they think, Zen captures and behaves to make day to day more efficient.
Focused.
Today when users have limited bandwidth and shorter attention spans, Zen respects users' sensitivity to stimulation, keeping itself and it's user focussed.
Familiar..
Zen is made for the systems of tomorrow, where automation takes over all and everyday workflows, using familiar interaction paradigms.
Architecture
There is no one or more thing that Zen does. It's a productivity tool, which adapts , understands and responds to human behaviour.
Events –– Time based activities
Any meeting, discussion, focus times, out of office, breaks, all time limited activities are events. Zen analysis and helps you with all that you will need to operate in those. Be it booking a cab for a meeting in the headquarters, or setting up a Pomodoro timer for your focus time.
Tasks – Everything that you gotta do
Any task, assigned to you, or assigned by you, doesn't require your intervention anymore. With Zen you can set up your workflow with LLM, which will trigger basis your if-then query.
Notes – Whatever to remember and go back to
Au revoir to all those ai but basic note taking apps. Introducing a note takes that is smart enough to join meeting on its own, take notes for you, create a transcript. it tracks your meetings, participants, improving discoverability. Capable of identifying patterns and generating ideas, while learning from you about what you want. You can train it to be a friend, junior, an intern or a critic.
Emails –– The friend to hate
Annoyed of a million emails coming to you and every app promising to sort it out for you? Imagine your inbox being a task list for you, which is filtered to what is revenant for you to see, to act on. Zen is your assistant who you can ask, "any important messages for me? or ask him to send you a slack message if there's any change in your schedule and scrap those google calendar emails.
